This month, the West Hants Hospice Society was honored to welcome Kristi, Janel, and Kaitlin as guest speakers for our Dying2Know education series. Together, they shared their expertise in supportive health care and guided us through important topics that impact individuals, families, and caregivers in our community.

Participants learned about the healing power of Music Therapy, gained insight into the EHS Special Patient Program, and explored the meaning and value of Legacy Work in end-of-life care. Each presentation sparked thoughtful conversations and offered practical resources to help people feel supported, informed, and connected.

Our Dying 2 Know workshops are designed to create a safe and welcoming space where people can ask questions, share ideas, and discover local end-of-life care resources. Whether you are a caregiver, family member, or simply curious about supportive care, this series provides education and encouragement when it’s needed most.

Together, we’re building community through compassion, care, and conversation.
