Exploring Supportive Care with Dying2Know, August 2025
This month at our Dying 2 Know education series, guest speakers Kristi, Janel, and Kaitlin shared insights on Music Therapy, the EHS Special Patient Program, and the importance of Legacy Work. Hosted by the West Hants Hospice Society in Windsor, Nova Scotia, these workshops create a safe and supportive space to learn about end-of-life care, ask questions, and connect with resources in our community.
