At the Hospice Society of West Hants, we believe that knowledge and connection are powerful tools in helping individuals, families, and caregivers navigate the end-of-life journey. To support this, we have been developing the Dying 2 Know End-of-Life Resource Library, a collection of trusted information, tools, and services designed to help our community access support when it matters most.

Calling All Professionals and Service Providers
If you offer a service, program, or resource that supports individuals at end-of-life or their caregivers, we would love to include your information in our library. Whether you are a health care professional, counselor, spiritual advisor, grief support specialist, or community group, your work can make a meaningful difference for those who need guidance and comfort.
By sharing your resources with us, you will:
Help local families find the support they need, when they need it most.
Increase awareness of your services within our community.
Be part of a collaborative effort to strengthen end-of-life education and support in West Hants and beyond.
How to Get Involved
It is simple to contribute:
Reach out to us with your service details and contact information.
We will add your resource to the Dying 2 Know Resource Library.
Together, we will continue to grow a supportive network that makes end-of-life resources easier to access.
Building a More Informed, Compassionate Community
This project is about more than just collecting resources. It is about creating a community hub of knowledge, compassion, and practical tools. End-of-life care and planning affect us all, and by sharing resources, we can ensure no one feels alone in their journey.
