The goal for this 8-week course is to have learned, practiced, and implemented 7 new mindfulness and advocacy skills, to better equip us to navigate and manage our health. This intimate group will build connections while learning and sharing together.

Hope for the Best and Plan for the Rest – is a concept developed by Dr. Sammy Winemaker and Dr. Hsien Seow, with the help of the ‘Waiting Room Revolution”. After years of sharing their message, on how to take a driving seat in your own care, they put everything together in a book for us to use locally, to help others to learn these 7 wonderful skills.
